{"id":1136,"date":"2010-05-09T16:48:18","date_gmt":"2010-05-09T20:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forbesgrant.com\/blog\/?p=1136"},"modified":"2022-01-12T08:25:57","modified_gmt":"2022-01-12T13:25:57","slug":"london-cold","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forbesgrant.com\/blog\/2010\/05\/09\/london-cold\/","title":{"rendered":"London Cold"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>London was surprisingly cold and rainy on the Sunday morning after our arrival.<\/p>\n<p>We went to Scott&#8217;s,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scotts-restaurant.com\/\">www.scotts-restaurant.com<\/a>, for some excellent fish and mediocre service, after which, it being cold, we grabbed a hot chocolate at Maison de Chocolat (London branch) as we happened to pass by.<\/p>\n<p>We spent the afternoon at the National Portrait Gallery,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.npg.org.uk\/\">www.npg.org.uk<\/a>, one of our faves.<\/p>\n<p>Dinner with a friend in Chelsea at La Poule au Pot, 231 Ebury Street, a charming French place with very romantic decor, the back to\u00a0Holland Park for the night.<\/p>\n<p>Have had computer problems all week, very aggravating.
